I just got a dell XPS 14 ultrabook and was wondering to what temperatures the 4000 should be reaching safely? I couldn't find anything from google searches. For most games it gets up to 79-83ish C according to GPU-Z should I be worried? Not sure if because its an ultrabook it has less ventilation etc. but it does not get as hot as my old laptop...

i've seen laptops GPU's hit 90c constantly for multiple hours. GPU's are very resistant. I wouldn't worry and it should auto shutdown if it gets too hot for too long :) Just make sure it can breathe and it'll be ok.

Ok, It has room to breathe, I would never let it get that hot on my lap or somewhere without ventilation, I was just concerned because for my desktop cpu 80-85C would be nearing high temperatures that could cause damage so I wasn't too sure for this particular GPU, seeing as I couldn't find any info from google searching.
