how much does much wattage does my system take up

gpu:amd radeon hd 7570 not oc
then all the basics. the mobo monitor etc. i have a 650w psu. continous clean 650w under 50celcius.

yes i know but how much am i drawing like a guess kinda... i was thinking on upgrading to a 7970 ghz edditin or a 9xxx series card when it comes out...

Maybe you can help me out, i got a rampage extreme iv, 2x4gig ram 1866mhz, 1xGtx580 oc 3g, i7 3820 x79socket, h100 corsair cpu cooler, 2 sata HDD drives (500gig and 320gig running on sata 2), 1 SSD drive 128g (running on sata 3), one dvd writer drive. 1 120mm intake fan.. all this is running off my aerocool v12xt- 1000w psu

My pc gets really hot and causes instability issues- i want to add some cooling but don't know if my psu is big enough for everything i already got.
