When comparing both, they both look pretty even per anandtech's benchmark. I''m looking for a card that can allow me to play high/ultra for a good 2-3 years, and one that fits between my $150-175 budget.
The Radeon seems to have slightly better hardware, but the Nvidia seems to have great hardware too, and Nvidia drivers are usually spot on.

I have a 650 Ti BOOST, but I don't expect it to play ultra for 2-3 years. You're gonna want a better card for that kind of assurance (think GTX 680, 770, 780).
