Better CPU Cooler, or 8 more gigs of RAM?

I was wondering what would give me a better performance increase, I've got an i7 3770k clocked at 4.0ghz, 8 gigs of Corsair Vengeance RAM at 1600mhz, and a GTX 660ti all on a GA-Z77X-UD5H motherboard... So, I'm wondering if it would be better to get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, and OC to 4.2 - 4.5 ghz, or get another 8 gigs of ram. I mainly play Minecraft, Garry's Mod, Portal 2 and the Half Life series while screen recording.

Current CPU cooler:

Hyper 212 Evo:

Thanks in advance!

ps: sorry if this is in the wrong section, my first post here... :|

16GB is unnecessary for your usage. Your current ram is great. Overclocking the i7 would give you the biggest performance increase out of the two of those options so get the hyper 212 evo and oc to 4.2-4.5 like you said

Something I forgot to mention in my previous post was that I only have my 660ti powering my 1080p monitor, and I've got a GTS 8800 640MB driving my other two 1280 x 1124 monitors I use for tool bars in Garage Band and Final Cut X, I don't know if this changes anything..... I'm leaning to the CPU cooler option + heatsink upgrade Like Lucas said... thanks for the quick responses guys.
