Hi guys, i have recently bought myself a GTX 670 and it works fine and runs games amazingly well but whenever I am on Skype with my friends, they complain about a weird buzzing/chirping noise coming from my mic on Skype. This only seems to happen when i run certain games and is different for each game. My friend believe it to be an issue with my fan but i cannot hear the noise that they are talking about.
Any idea what could be making the noise? And also, do you guys know how i could fix this? Thank you for your responses

What headset do you have? Unless your PC is right on top of your desk next to your head it isnt enough for them to hear it, if your mic was that sensitive they'd hear your mouse clicks too. Try a different mic, and see if that makes a difference, or play around with the settings in skype, I strongly doubt it has anything to do with your GPU.

Thank you for your reply. I will admit that the pc is quite close to my head but i generally cant hear a thing when my friends claim they can. I could try moving the actual thing and then try it

Simply get up and move as far away from the PC as you can and see if it makes a difference, I'd go as far as to put some sort of a barrier between myself and the PC like a pillow or something and see if your friends can hear it then.
