Hi, here i come with another SSD thread, i've been a little umpluged in the last few years and i need some help on choose a new SO drive for my rig.

Here are my HW specs:

Intel 930 stock clocked
GB x58a-UD7
6gb. of ram
ATI 5870
2x seagate 500gb RAID 0
1x WD green 1Tb.

Done some reading and find out my MB Marvell SATA III controller isn't the best for SSD.

That been said can you guys help me get the best driver that I can afford ?

These are my options:

Crucial M4 128 Gb. (79,95€)
Samsung 840 120 Gb. (83,95€)
Crucial M500 120 Gb. (84,95€)
Samsung 840 Evo 120 Gb. (84,95€)
Kingston SSDNow V300 120 Gb. (85€)
SanDisk Ultra Plus 128 Gb. (90€)

Thanks!

Solution
I personally use Crucial M4 128 Gb almost a year now no issues. But,rhe Samsung 840 evo is the best out all those you listed bud.

Personally I'd choose the Samsung 840 EVO. It has better performance than the Samsung 840 which lies on the same page as all the others.

But truth be told, you won't notice much difference when comparing SSDs (unless benchmarking).
