Hi guys I have recently bought all of the following components and put them together myself:

Intel Core i7 4770K, 1150, Haswell
MSI H87-G41PCMATE, Intel H87, S 115
2GB EVGA GTX 770 SC ACX, 28nm, PCIe
8GB (2x4GB) Corsair DDR3 Vengeance
650W Corsair Enthusiast Series TX65
Akasa AK-CC7108EP01 CPU cooler
240GB OCZ Vertex 3 Refurbished
LiteOn DH-4O3S-04-B 4x Blu-ray, 8x

I am pretty sure that everything is plugged in correctly and when I turn it on I get all fans spinning etc but I cannot get any picture via either the motherboard ports or the ones on the graphics card.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Attempt to unseat the RAM and reseat it. Test with all different ports and connecting to both Graphics and Motherboard in DVI, HDMI, VGA.

Also make sure your monitor is on the right mode. I felt incredibly retarded after I got my new monitor, was trying to figure out why didn't it have any image for almost 15 minutes: turns out it was in DVI-D mode while I was trying to use HDMI.

Thanks for the reply. I played around with the ram and it started working when only one of the two sticks was in place. Could this be a problem with the ram or something to do with Mobo settings. I had a look at this http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems and it suggests checking the operational voltage but the ram says that it runs at the standard 1.5v
