I put about 3 hours into this list, I did some research, and put this guy together.
My only experience with computer building was cleaning the dust out and installing a mid-ranged graphics card. (I did take apart a really old computer and then re assemble it)
Also to add some info I play at least 2-4 hours on the week days and maybe 4-6 hours on the weekends (no outside life). The peripherals were just preference so no need to bother with those. My main reason of posting this was if the parts went good together, can I save some cash by swapping out parts, and is it necessary to have what I picked out knowing my place in the gaming community.
I appreciate any feedback given.
New list is now available!

The build is fine but the GPU's

If your planning on uprgrading anytime then don't start off with SLI
Its has it's problems and is mostly better to go single graphics card
For $360 you might be able to get a gtx770 which would be good. If you cant find one then try an Radeon HD7970 Good GPU for the price and they recently cut the prices.
Maybe in 2 years or something then you can buy and another one and crossfire it for more performance and the single GPU wouldnt have any problems.

You wont be able to get the best overclocks with that mobo and cooler but maybe 4.2GHZ

Hope i helped

If it were me, I would not use liquid cooling as a Hyper 212 or Xigmatek GAIA air cooler will work every bit as well. I would also not buy ram with heat spreaders (they really don't perform any useful function, and they may interfere with an air cooler). Lastly, I would not go SLI with the 650 ti boost - while they are great entry/mid level cards, I would go for the best SINGLE card solution I could afford (no driver problems, etc.). For another $50 or so, you could get a 770 in Nvidia or a 7970 in Radeon - either will outperform the SLI and the 7970 is a 384 bit bus with 3gb of GDDR5 (also has a nice games bundle).

I will go with the 770 since I have have high respect for nvidia. Thank you for the tip my friend

I was eyeing the CM Hyper 212, I just chose the cosair cooler because I thought I would get higher clock speed...guess not. But I am glad I can stick with an ol' heatsink and fan, seems more a tad more realible to me. Thanks for the tip my friend

^^ hey, since I changed to the CM Hyper 212, what base clock should I aim for? The same or maybe a tad bit higher/lower

That is their lowest cooler and the air coolers more than keep up with it.

Hmmm do you have any mroe money to spend on a cooler like the antec h20 920 ( the one im getting)
that wold be alot better. The CM hyper 212 evo WAS decent but now hat haswell is so hot you shouldn't OC that much maybe from the 3.4 to a 3.8 then look at temps as long as they are under 75C you should be good.
The antec 920 with some good radiator fans (NF-F12) (gentle typhoon 1850)
would maybe get a 4.4 if your lucky,
In terms or air the NH-D14 and HE01 still are about the best or cheaper is the noctua NH-U14S would get 4-4.2

You could always go with a better liquid cooler. Like the antec 920 or even an h80i
I forgot about one of my favorite air coolers the Xigamtek Dark Knight Night Hawk Edition Great air cooler better than the h100 (mostly) and smaller than the noctuas. Still pretty quiet with stock fan if you change the both out for 2 Gentle typhoon 1850rpm then that would be a great heatsink and its so cheap :
