Hello

I'd like to ask if anyone could help me to explain me this thing cause im kind of new to this. I have installed the ram and as im looking into bios it said 1333Mhz but I should have 1600Mhz , so I changed it to XMP profile and it changed to 1600Mhz in the main window. But when I open DIMM post it says 1333Mhz running @ 1600Mhz , is that correct ? Is it how it should be? At begin I thought they ( seller ) sent me wrong memory or mobo didnt reognize it well so I been told to change it to XMP profile and everything seemd ok in the main window. ( maybe its the way as it should be , I just want to know ) But in the DIMM post it says 1333 running @ 1600 , so again is it ok? Thanks a lot!

It's normal to have to change the XMP profile. I too bought 1600RAM but it said 1333. So, I fixed it in the BIOS. Also, you can confirm what it is running with the program, CPUID CPU-Z: http://www.cpuid.com/

If you bought 1600 RAM and the profile and CPU-Z says 1600 then you are good.
