I just bought a Razer Deathadder 2013 and when I plug it into my PC it says "USB Device Not Recognised" http://i.imgur.com/Cb0gwtl.png
I've looked on other forums and people have been saying It's a big Razer problem and I have to send it back. I have Razer Synapse so I don't know what to do. I read an article on how to fix it by turning your PC off then unplugging your power cable from the power supply then booting again, and that worked and it showed up in Razer Synapse but when I rebooted again the next day it wasn't working again.
