Going to be building my own PC with a GTX 770 SLI setup, was going to order the Asrock Z87M Extreme 4 mATX Motherboard but saw that the SLI connector sent with it is rigid, meaning that it cant be extended.
So if my cards are too far apart it wont work.

Will this 64 MM RIGID SLI bridge fit for a EVGA GTX 770 ACX SC SLI setup?

I love small motherboards.
But... I don't think I would build that way.
The two cards will be butted together, starving the top card for cooling air.
Particularly with the acx cooler(a blower cooler would be better)

If you will be gaming on a single monitor, then sli GTX770 may not be really necessary.
If you will be doing triple monitor gaming, or planning on a 4k monitor, then perhaps.

Instead of spending $800 on two GTX770 cards, and perhaps $100 more for a 850w psu to drive them, consider a single card.
For most on a single monitor a GTX780 @$650 will be very good.
If budget is not an issue, and you really need dual gpu capability, a single GTX690 would be a better solution.

Ty for your concern geofelt but i'm quite confident it will work with 3 2 intake fans and 3 exhaust fans in my cooling system, i wouldnt go with the corsair 350d with there was another case in that price range with similar performance and especially THE LOOKS, I aboslutly hate every mid ATX tower that i can find in the 120$ price range. If another person links the the NZXT phantom saying they think its good looking i'm going to stab myself, that case is ridicously uggly.

Anyways, unless i can find a case with similar looks and price range, this is the build i will go for.
