I am thinking of buying upgrading with either a GTX 660 by Gainward aswell as adding another 4Gb of RAM (I only have 4 at the moment) or adding just a GTX 670 by MSI. What should i do? 660 and more RAM or 670? I am really stuck.

Phenom II 965 BE @ 3.4ghz
1Tb HDD
4GB corsair vengeance
Gt 620
450W PSU
I have checked and i do have enough power for the 670.
