Which one do you reccomend?

I'm torn between these two monitors, which one do you reccomend?

I found one at a thrift shop and the other on craiglist so I can get the emachines for about 35$ and I can get the other for probably a bit under 60$

yes gaming and the low resolution doesn't bother me I just wanted to know which brand is better as I've heard mixed opinions of each brand.
