I too thought of that, but it's a little bit expensive, but it's great performance for the price..!
I can may try to get some more money, and buy a SSD 512MB Case, 256GB (Raid0)

Is that an i5 or i7? Because there's no such thing as i5-4770. Additionally, you want the "k" series to overclock.
What is the Corsair Hydro 1100?
You don't need 16gb of ram for gaming. 8gb is still plenty.
You don't need Corsair fans. If you buy a good case, it should come with decent quality fans. If you want to buy more fans, you want Noctua fans as they are the best.
The motherboard is a x79 chipset. It's Socket LGA 2011. Your processor is Socket LGA 1150. It won't work.
Corsair CX series are crap. Get a different psu from Corsair (NO CX!), Seasonic, or XFX.
Also, you have no graphics card? How do you expect to play games using Intel's iGPU?

What's your budget?
Where are you buying from?
Do you need a monitor/os/keyboard/mouse?
Are you overclocking?
