Opinions on new PC build

I'm building a new PC and I was looking to see what ya'll think. I'm keeping a few parts from my old system to save some money:

Intel i7-4770K
Asus Sabertooth Z87
G.Skill Ripjaws Z 2x8GB model F3-1866C9D
Keeping my old nvidia GTX 650ti for now
NZXT Phantom 820 case
NZXT Kraken x60 liquid cooler
corsair pro series HX1050w modular PS

If it's just for gaming, 16GB ram is a little unnecessary. You'd be better off saving the money by getting 2x4gb and using the saved money for a future gpu upgrade

instead of 16GB..get 2*4 GB of ram.. and add an SSD from that money

Yea I forgot to mention that I am also keeping the 2 SSD's I have from my old machine.

rest looks good.just change your GPU in the future to make sure u get good performance when it comes to gaming.....

Thank's for the assist guys, gonna go ahead with the purchase then. I'll have to keep my eyes open for a better GPU in the next few months to complete the rig.

I would get a 7950 or 7970 as they are really cheap right now and really nice cards. I'd go for the 7970 for your rig. Only $270 at newegg
