My budget is around $650-$750. If you have a better build I'm open to suggestions. Not sure if I need a OS. I picked all AMD not because of bias but because it fits my budget. Also is it true that windows 8 improves AMDs processors in gaming because of better multicore support?

Solution
Change the CPU cooler to a coolermaster hyper 212 evo. Cools the same for less money.

Change the PSU to a unit from Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic. I recommend XFX for best quality/price.

Everything else looks great.
