After running AIDA64's Benchmark through the 'Report Wizard', my tests all passed and everything was good - until I looked at the Stability test graphs..

The graph indicates that my CPU went to 91C, and reports "CPU Throttling - Overheating Detected!". The CPU (not the CPU cores) bumped up to 91C during an Floating Point Unit benchmark, but quickly came back down.

Should I be worried? The CPU Throttling graph line also never moved. It stayed in 0%.

Processor: Intel Core i7-4770k (OC @ 4.5GHz, 1.25 Vcore)
Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z87X-UD3H

are you using the latest version of AIDA64? i think starting from version 3.00 AIDA designed their stress test around the Haswell architecture specifically.

if you are already on the latest version and you have other monitoring programs open id take a look at those as well (although i havent had problems with AIDA and RealTemp).

also, just in case, you can try only leaving the Stress FPU option checked (while making sure you're watching temps) and see if your CPU reaches a high enough temperature that will cause throttling (i think around 90C+ is where it starts).

another idea, AIDA64 has options where it can notify/alarm you at a specified temperature, just check and see there is in fact a temperature specified.
