problem with psu and motherboard

hello again my friends..i have a problem when i try to start my new pc he stuck at windows is starting but i am still listening the sound of windows booting...yesterday i had bought my new mother board..it`s an gigabyte ga-f2a85x-up4..i had read in the book that motherboard need`s at list 500watt supply.. i have an thermplate hamburg 530watt..when i install windows it`s open normaly BUT when i am going to install the drivers of GPU and i restart my pc then it`s stuck again..i intall windows again and i dont install the drivers i restart it and all is fine...but low resolution..when i ho to a little higher resolution my pc just stucks again my monitor just became black but i still listen music from speakers..i maybe belive that my psu is enough for the system.. i have:

AMD 750
TERMPLATE HAMBURG 530WATT
1TB TOSHIBA SATA3
SAPHIRE 7850
8GB RAM..

i need biger psu? or sometink else...please i need help asap...

Your power supply is fine and has enough amperage to run your system and the 7850 without issue.

Remove your video card and boot to the onboard graphics from your motherboard. Go on the web and download the current drivers from AMD (do not use the drivers on the disc that came with the gpu).

Shut down your pc, reinstall the 7850, including the 6pin power connector, connect your monitor to the gpu and reboot. Your display will come up in low resolution because there are no AMD drivers present. Now install the AMD drivers you downloaded, including catalyst control, and then reboot. All should be well at that point.
