Good Mid-Range Gaming PC?

Approximate Purchase Date: November... I know its a long way away so i will probably make another thread a week before my purchase to see if anything has updated but for now i want to know like what it will look like.
There is something that i want to throw in here... I want it to have a blue/black or blue/white or even Red/black color scheme to it. If you could make that possible, i would be very grateful!
