Probably not, since they're going to have a proprietary chipset that houses both the GPU and CPU.. which are also probably going to be proprietary.
Ever crack open a 360 to get scope on this question? its not hard if you've ever opened a PC case before, and is easy to put back together. you can tear apart a 360 these days completely with a pencil and nail clipper.
