I am looking to buy a pc specs will be:
Intel core i3 3.32 ghz
Corsair Vengeance 8 gb ram
Ati raedon 5570 1024 mb
OS:Windows 7 ultimate 64bit
can i play it on high?

I doubt even low settings will be achievable on that card. The CPU is ok, but the graphics are sorely lacking.

BF3 won't be playable on that rig period. Game debate is dead wrong. Don't waste your money.

high? no, i had a 560Ti before, faster than what you have, by a lot (not trying to bash you or anything).
and that 560Ti, to be able to maintain 40+ fps, i only used med-hi (almost everything on medium).
besides, 1gb is not enough for ultra.

you can try, but that will crawl, and the head ache is not worth it.
just to give you an idea. Just use lower settings, imo, better to have ugly(-er) graphics with consistent fps than better graphics that will make you throw up (i get dizzy with low fps)
