Get the i5-3570k it's much faster and has better performance and great for what you will be using.
the i5-760 has nothing on it.
Learn more at : http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/452/Intel_Core_i5_i5-3570K_vs_Intel_Core_i5_i5-760.html

The i5-760 is first gen Core series, then Sandy Bridge (Core Gen 2) came out with the i5-2500k that was about 20% performance increase, then Ivy Bridge (Core gen 3) brought the i5-3570k with about a 5-10% performance increase over Sandy. Now there is Haswell (Core gen 4) with the i5-4670k with another 5-10% increase over Ivy.

The i5-3570k is a good deal more powerful than the i5-760, but if this is a new build, I would get the Haswell i5-4670k. Its the fastest of the bunch and leaves a possible upgrade path for Broadwell (Core gen 5). However, Haswell runs a bit hitter than Ivy and Sandy so doesn't overclock as high on comparable cooling, but testing shows that a slightly lower clocked Haswell is as fast as a higher clocked Ivy.

Are you planning to Overclock?

Thanks :D

Are you planning to overclock? If not, then the i5-4570 is the best of that list. Only "k" models are unlocked for overclocking.

Not knowing what parts are available where you are here is my advice:

For Motherboards I stick to ASRock and ASUS
For GPU's Sapphire, ASUS, and XFX are preferred brands. Depending on your programs, they might benefit from either nVidia or AMD cards. OpenGL for AMD and Cuda for nVidia. What is the software you want to run?
For RAM I tend to stick with G.Skill, Kingston and sometimes Patriot. Doing Graphics and such you will probably want 8gb or more at 1600 or 1866 mhz.

What are your parts options for these 3 items?
