Before that, let me go into a bit more detail.
This is my desktop:
AMD FX-Series Quad-Core FX-4100 Processor 3.6 GHz
8GB DDR3 RAM
500 GB 7200 rpm Hard Drive
GTX 760
My problem:
I recently purchased a hardware (a modded Vita) that allows me to play Vita games on my PC screen. It has 4 viewing modes: 544p, 544i, 244p, 244i (descending order of visual quality).
When I have other devices (Bluetooth adapter, external Hard Drive, Wireless adapter) connected to my empty USB slots, they viewer only displays the screen in 244i mode (lowest quality). Take out one device and it can display in 244p (mid quality). Take out another device and it displays in 544i (average quality). However, I have not yet managed to display the screen at 544p.
So, my question is is my processor limiting my usb transfer rates? I am trying to get the viewer to display in 544p, but haven't been able to so far. How can I remedy this?
All hubs are USB 3.0, and I am using a hi-speed cable (it uses a A-male to mini-B cable).
