The i7-4820K is very good, but I don't believe it will be dramatically better than the i7-4770K. I guess it's all about whether you want to wait or not. The i7-4820K is projected to be cheaper when it comes out around November. I should note that the i7-4770K is (currently) slightly cheaper at Newegg.

I have been told that the i7-4770K supports RAM up to 2300. So, you might consider getting faster RAM to match. (Your mobo does not support 2300, so get 2000 or 2200 instead.)

Your case is rather expensive. If you like it's appearance, then stick with it. However, if you aren't picky... There are LOTS of good cases for $50-$80! Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

To be honest, I think twin GTX 780s is overkill. If you want something better, sooner... You could get a pair of GTX 770s. (I doubt you would notice a performance difference between 2x780s and 2x770s... but you will see a price difference of about $500!)

The rosewill black hawk is a much nicer choice than the challenger

If you compare fps tests on GTX 770 & 780, there is only a marginal difference.
GTX 780 Review
The 780 is definitely better... but only by about 8-9 fps. Once you pair either 770 or 780, the margin gets even smaller.
Thus, I suggested the dual 770s as an option. (To save money, and get you more power from the start. Y'know, without having to save-up for another 780.)

If you are ready to wait, you can get the 4820k for the availability of QUAD channel RAM, else the 4770k is very similar and a tiny bit better than the 4820k, very similar performance.
GTX770s in SLI can save you lots of $$ as ^ said

Yeah, The rampage IV has 4x PCIe slots so you can actually get upto dual x16.
Both GPUs will be running at full power.
But in the maximus VI one would have been running at dual x8.
The difference isn't much but this is better.

SSD is really important in a good build like yours, it is much faster than a HDD.
An average HDD when filler takes upto 15-20 seconds to boot where as an SSD would take less than 8-9 seconds, Your overall performance totally depends on how fast your OS runs, and this does a great job.
Do you want to reduce the price a little? By how much?

Liquid cooler - H100i or H110,(h110 has great reviews) They are really awesome at cooling but make some noise so you could get SP120s/140s quiet version, they go well with it.
Get it right away if you are looking to save shipping costs, I heard that shipping around Canada isn't very cheap, as the places are far apart, I understand
