What the hell is this green check box on my internet connection?

Hello,

I am using windows 7 and have 1MBPS internet speed..

I am confused about my speed i check through speed test too but it sometimes shows 1.21MBPS, 1.09MBPS, 0.88MBPS, like that...........

When i check my internet connection status it shows me this green check box every time.

Can you guys tell me is this the main problem of my slow connection ?
Its 1MBPS but it takes 2 seconds to open google.com :p

and how to remove that green check box?

I imagine that green box with the checkmark is telling you that everything is working OK.

That is perfectly normal. The advertised speed you get is not static, always and forever 1Mbps. it goes up and down a little.

Its 1MBPS but it takes 2 seconds to open google.com

thanks for the reply.
My internet sometimes get disconnected automatically but the Modem DSL light still blows.
I took screenshot
What is the green check box and how to remove it?
is that blocking my internet speed?
