Reset after waking from sleep ( driver_power_state_failure error message )

Upon waking from sleep, my PC works for a few seconds, then gets a power_failure error and resets. There aren't any other problems with the computer. Look at my sig for exact specs. It's Windows x64 pro.

p.s. everything in my computer except the hard drive and DVD drive is brand new and under warranty

I suspect your psu is at fault.
I think it is a tier 5 (not recommended, replace asap)unit on this list:

Are you sure? Because I never have any problems with gaming and using my computer in general, and the PSU is new?

No, I am not sure.
But... you get a power failure(message?) which implicates a psu.
A new cheap psu is still a cheap psu.
It would not be surprising to me that shortcuts were taken.

Perhaps you could test using a known good different psu.
