Printing to HP JetDirect Packet Loss Issue

I have a wireshark as xlsx file link for a networking expert to understand and explain.

Here's the problem we're seeing: a virtual machine running Server 2008 (on a Server 2012 host) is sending print commands to our HP JetDirect print servers that host our company's zebra label printers. Printing from other machines do not see this packet loss problem. We only see this packet loss issue when printing from this virtual Server 2008 (naturally, the one we HAVE to print from).

Does anyone have an idea what's going on when reviewing the above packet capture link?

Thank you in advance!

We had Network Interface Card (NIC) Teaming enabled on the host server. Once disabled, this appears to have corrected the issue. So, at the expense of slowing down the network speeds on every virtual server, we now have no delay in printing our labels.

It may have something to do with this blurb I found on Technet:
Incompatibilities. The NIC teaming feature is compatible with networking capabilities in Windows Server 2012 with three exceptions:

  • SR-IOV
    Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA)
    TCP Chimney
