i want to purchase i5 and z75 board
my budget is ~275$ or less and i5-3570 (non-k) and intel DZ75ML-45K are max that i can get

at my place this z75 board costs 70$ and i5-3570 costs 207$
so this board looks like best value for money (other z75 boards costs over 120$)

so my question is
1) i am getting this board at ultra cheap price
so is it a good board, why its this much cheap (even cheaper than b75) ?
2) what is the overclocking limit (max base and turbo clock defined by intel) of locked i5-3570, i5-3470 and i5-3330
3) and how much clock i can expect to with this z75 and i5-3570 combo?

Solution
For the 3570, you can set the multiplier to 38 and raise the BCLK a little (no more than 103, in my opinion) for an overclock of 3914 MHz.

Not sure about the quality of the board, but it should be fine for this type of thing. Pricing is an odd thing as well, it just is what it is.
