Well hello all. I have always browsed here for help and pretty much found it, now i cannot get this issue resolved at all so ive come to ask for your help.

Heres my system

Intel i5 2500k processor
coolermaster cpu cooler not sure of model number
gigabyte z77x-ud3h motherboard
corsair vengeance CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10 2x4 gb
ocz fatality 750w ocz750fty psu
WD caviar black 1tb main drive OS is on
WD caviar blue 500gb program drive games are on
coolermaster HAF 920 case
msi hd6870 vs-ma-6870-pm2d1d50c 1gb
msi twin frozr. both have same stock clock speeds
windows 7 home edition
amd ccc driver version 13.4

To start off i got the processor and the twin frozr used. everything else is new. The cpu and gfx card are about 6 months old. I got it all put together and everything was working fine. I could play any game i wanted with out a problem and benchmark without any problems. A few weeks later I couldnt tell you want caused this but one day my computer just started to hang up at any given point, browsing the web or playing a game. So i did a fresh reinstall of windows since i could not figure out what it was. after i did that my computer stopped hanging, no BSOD either. i started to get this flickering when playing games or benchmarking. it will eventually hang up now. Also to note that before this all happened i used to get really good benchmark scores such at unigine heaven 4.0 of 990 now i get results of 780. Also my WEI for my graphics was at 7.8 now its at 6.0. It doesnt seem like it affects how games play but with my benchmarks it does show.

This is what it does when i start games. I am at a loss of what it could be. I have the crossfire link in place, everything updated, my gfx cards are not OC, my cpu is OC to 4.2ghz. It does not sound like fans are kicking into high like it would be if they were over heating. thanks for the help in advance.

There are drivers 13.4 and 13.10 beta drivers, I have tried both. It seems like I can run some benchmarks such as 3d mark and heaven 4.0 and it not get affect at all. Once i start just cause bench 2 benchmarks or any game it go to the screen flicker. I am going to try and find an older version of the drivers. I cannot figure this out. I can get about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way through just cause 2 benchmark and it will start to flicker. I can run 3d mark multiple times and it wont do it but if i do it after running just cause 2 benches it will do it right from the get go, even at the loading screen. I have uninstalled amd ccc and the profiles multiple times and nothing. But the strange thing is that before i reinstalled windows it worked great i played hours upon hours of games and did numerous benchmarks and it never missed a beat until the computer started hanging up.

Sorry none of that worked. I forgot to mention that i had tried out each card individually and they work fine. I had also tried out the cards in different positions and they still mess up.

Updated - I just found this helpful little videos from amd. Im going to check my psu. http://support.amd.com/US/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx

Well I had to take it to the local pc store to have them test each component out. Come to find out my new power supply was bad and it cause either my top pcie slot to go bad or something in the chipset to go bad.they put a new power supply in and mobo and it worked fine. I ended up returning the mobo and getting a different one, getting a different power supply, returning one gfx card and selling my other one. I got a single card set up instead. works fine now
