I was configuring Nvidia Surround and suddenly my monitors went black and I could do nothing so I forced the PC to shut off. After that I will get a blue screen every time I do anything with the second GPU. Normally this wouldn't mattes that much since I can have all 3 monitors on one card, but I can't use Surround like that.

Is this some kind of driver issue or is my second GPU damaged in some way? The PC recognizes the second GPU still so I have a feeling it isn't damaged, but what do I know?

I have tried using all the monitors on the second card, but blue screen. So the monitors are not the problem.

This problem has bugged me for hours now so if someone has a solution or suggestion that would be awesome :)

What cards?

Since you mention 2 cards, I assume you have 2. do you have the SLI bridge on? does your motherboard support SLI? Is SLI enabled in the NVidia control panel.

When using multiple cards in SLI, you only hook up to the first card's outputs. you don't ever plug anything into the second card. It's there for processing power that it sends back to the first card via the SLI bridge and outputs to the first cards outputs.

I have two EVGA GeForce GTX 670 Superclocked in SLI. All my components support SLI and I have been using Surround in the past. I have everything just as it has always been in the Nvidia control panel.

To use Surround I need to have atleast one monitor on the second card, or else I can't do it.

The blue screen happens instantly when I try to plug one of the monitors in the second card. Other than that, everything seems to be working just fine. I just really like playing games in Surround :)
