You'll need to change your PSU. Here's the one that I recommend you : http://us.ncix.com/products/?usaffiliateid=1000031504&s....

Hi,

to really be sure that you can support an 760, i need to know what motherboard you have... can you look it up?
if you can't find it here's a little program i use sometimes: http://www.piriform.com/speccy

If he has an FX-6350, he probably has at least one PCIe connector on his motherboard.

Yes, you'll be able to fit your card in this motherboard. But as I said, you'll need a new PSU. The one that I recommended earlier is the cheapest one that you could get.
