Hello fellow Tom's Hardware users, I'v come to encounter a sort of predicament, and I'm hoping one of you can help me come up with the solution to it. I'm currently on a aftermarket air cooling solution for my current CPU the 3570k, and I have it slightly overclocked at 4.0ghz. I feel the air cooling solution isn't doing its job, so I'v decided to upgrade it, and get a liquid cooling solution for my CPU, but the only thing that worries me is if I should reset all settings on my BIOS to default before switching over the cooler, since it's overclocked, or do you believe it wouldn't really affect anything? Thanks, I hope i get some suggestions on this :)

Solution
I don't think that you'll need to reset anything. A liquid cooling system will cool better, so it shouldn't cause any problem at all. If you didn't make your choice yet, I recommend you to get the Corsair H100i which is a great liquid cooler.
