can i touch the case only
or i need Anti-Static Wrist Strap

also do i need to touch the case every 5 seconds ?

nah you don't need one. before you get started, to be safe, touch a water pipe or metal facet, to fully ground yourself.

then while your working, just try to touch the case every once in a while. static's not really a big deal.

Also attempt to touch your components as little as possible, and away from the connectors and components.
