BF4 will be optimized for AMD cards, since Microsoft and Sony are both going to use AMD architecture.

But, prices on Nvidia's 760 is better than the 7950.

Possible list: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/video-card/#c=142,137,136,71,70,112,122&sort=a5

My choices in order of preference:

There are 11 x HD7950 cards cheaper than the cheapest GTX760 on PPP.

They are essentially equivalent in their price/performance. It comes down to brand loyalty and the card's performance in individual games at this point I'd say.

Thats the thing it is the OC 760 against std 680. more like 16% std to std. I personally would either get GTX760 or HD7950 they are the highest perf/price GPU's. It is diminishing returns after that.

You never know about BF last year there were no major deals that appealed to my, most of it low to mid range cards. I am expecting the GTX760 to come down some when AMD launches their new cards but to be able to get a HD7950 for $200 right now is an amazing amount of GPU power for the price. Same can be said about GTX660Ti.
