Hi i was wondering if this is the optimal configuration for cooling my system, i have a HAF 912.
Have a front intake 200 mm fan,
Back H60 fan, radiator and (the fan that was already there) as intake push/pull
Exhaust 120mm fan at the side.

Can get a 160mm fan somewhere too.

PD: I placed H60 on that configuration because it was recomended by corsair, any suggestion would be accepted, thnx

Solution
yes the push/pull is better as exhaust as long as you make your side fan intake,
the pressure negative or positive is not as important as airflow you don't want any fans working against each other stick to the rule front, bottom and side as intake and keep rear and top as exhaust,
the negative and positive pressure talk will go out the window when you start talking about making your system quiet by reducing fan speeds

i think in testing its shown no difference to temperature of cpu if you use the rad from intake or exhaust, its my preference to use it as exhaust and general rule of thumb for good airflow is any bottom side or front fans as intake and rear and top fans exhaust, it always creates optimal airflow

You almost always want to achieve "positive pressure" in your case. This basically means more intake than exhaust. However, you don't want just intake and no exhaust (or vice versa). Also, the reason a lot of people put their exhaust fans near the top of the case is because hot air rises and so it only makes sense to blow out the air near the top of the case and leave the cooler air at the bottom alone.

Therefore, I would recommend making your H60 fan an exhaust and your 120mm side fan an intake. If you can, add the 160mm fan to the top as an exhaust. Just make sure that the combined CFM (cubic feet per minute) from the intake fans is greater than the combined CFM from the exhaust fans. These numbers should be available online (search the fan model) or even on the fan itself. Here's a great article for more reading:

slightly negative pressure is alot better for cooling your pc than positive pressure the idea is to get hot air out of the case not create pressure in the case as this means the air stays in the case longer (not good airflow), positive pressure is not a necessity as long as you have ventilation for intake your pc will cool better with just exhaust fans than if you had just intake fans with ventilation for exhaust

The reason why positive pressure is a good idea is that negative pressure causes air to be drawn into all the small little holes and slits your case has. These airways are not dust filtered and therefore dust can seep into them and build up in your system. With intake fans, you can control dust with dust filters.

I also said that you don't want just intake or just exhaust. Your exhaust fan(s) will sufficiently get the hot air out along with the positive pressure.

Optimal cooling is slightly negative the dust is only reduced by having positive pressure no matter what dust builds up, nothing wrong with having filters on your intake fans with negative pressure either,
I agree with your advice partly anyway besides all the positive negative talk your fan set up is right with rear and top exhaust and side and front or bottom intake heck fill the whole lot with fans once you stick to that rule you get good airflow in my opinion

So apparently is better to have that pull/push as an exhaust? I guess i'll change my configuration tomorrow to see what affects better average temp of my computer. I still hear opinions, and thanks everyone who has replied so far, all good stuff. So apparently: is negative or positive pressure better? because i got confused XD
