$750 Gaming Build - Can I fit an i5-4570?

Just looking for some feedback/suggestions on this. Parts need to come in under $750 (that's a hard limit) including shipping and excluding mail-in rebates and any promotions that expire in less than a week. No Microcenter, and I'd prefer to limit myself to Newegg, Amazon, and NCIX just to keep things relatively simple.

I'd really like to fit in a Core i5 4570/H87 board, because I'd like to offer the HD 7950 as an upgrade to this build and I think the 3350P is a potential bottleneck, but that puts me at about $780 and I can't find anything else to cut. Any ideas?

Why do you say that? By my count it should be pulling under 350W at full load.

Although that is a nice PSU...looks like it's Seasonic OEM, and gives it a bit more headroom, and costs about the same...thank you!
