I have buy New graphic card Zotac 660 but find issue please

i have buy zotac gtx 660 January 2013 and registered with zotac also .
but i have faced the issue and to service station for the issue .
but they told that there is no Product Number .
i have given
1. my bill with my name with serial number
2.extended warranty with my name with serial number
3.box Scanned copy serial number
there are all proof .
but i am finding difficulties in getting services
please help me on this

1) What is wrong with the card? -there is horizontal line and after some time it stop working and 1 capacitor is leaked also
2) Do you want to try to fix? no
3) Are you seeking a repair or a refund?[/quotemsg] repair or refund any thing as i am in need of this product to run my system
please help me

i have gone to service station in Delhi .
they refuse to take because of serials number .
so i have give the proof to them and to the Indian Zotac technical Help .
after 2 week i called to India Zotac technical Help manager they told to me that they are looking into matter and will return back to soon but till now i have not find any update .
please help me how i can make it done .

there was no number on card and number which is on card they told to me that this no the number .
product i received was sealed pack .
so i cannot say anything but cheating is going on with me .
