BIOS won't update

Hello,

I have a GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3, rev 1.3 and I'm trying to update to the new UEFI BIOS. Every time I get to Q-Flash and try to flash the BIOS, it tells me I have a "BIOS ID check error".

I've updated my BIOS from F10 to F12 before - I know it's working. I just don't get why I can't update to the new UEFI BIOS.

Any help?

I flashed my BIOS by booting from my FAT-32 drive instead of flashing from Q-Flash. And it worked.

BUT, I'm not liking the overclocking performance with the new BIOS, so I'd like to flash back. The problem is, I cant... Q-Flash won't let me and when I try to boot from my FAT-32 drive, I get this annoying error: "!!! BIOS does Not Support Flash Interface !!!"

So, there's a new problem. I can't flash back to my old BIOS - am I fucked now?

should be one bios in one fat-32 drive
