That has happened to me twice.
In both cases the GPUs more or less died. If the Radeon HD 7870 was very recently bought (usually within 15 days), then either get a refund or an exchange. If you have owned it for longer than the refund policy allowed, then you must deal with the manufacturer to have your Radeon HD 7870 repaired.
