Recently my friends dad was using her computer Sony Vios model PCG-71912L, Product name : VPCEH11FX.
He did something, doesn't know what, and somehow got rid of her operating system. She had a friend reinstall Windows 7 Ultimate. However, he installed the 32-bit, when all the drivers on the Sony website are all for the 64-bit.
We were trying to re-install Sims3 on her computer and it says graphics card not detected.
I opened up the device manager and the graphics card is there, and up to date.
However other system devices' drivers are not.
Ethernet Controller
PCI Device
SM Bus Controller
and the Unknown Device.
These drivers are all available on Sony, but as I said, for the wrong bit.
Does anyone know where I can get the proper drivers for her computer for it to recognize everything properly?
Or do I need to get her to install the 64-bit Windows 7??
Thanks in advance!
