Help me choose my power supply! Rate them 1-9(1 being the best choice!)

Hi, I'm changing my generic PSU to a branded PSU. My rig is not power hungry. intel core 3210, radeon 6670, 4gb ddr3 mem card. I already picked my top 9 picks. Please help me choose, rate them 1-9, 1 being the best choice.
I'm on a tight budget so please tell me if i should just buy the cheaper one if there's only minimal difference. Thanks and have a good day!

Zalman ZM-400LE 400W =39$ (also, can this PSU run this rig?)
Zalman ZM-500LE 500W =47$
Zalman ZM-500GS 500W=50$
Antec VP450 450W =51$
Aerocool VP PRO 500w =46$
Corsair VS 450w =42$
Enermax NAXN Tomahawk=44$
FSP HEXA-500W =48$
Thermaltake Lite Power = 46$

Could you help me pick what PSU is best for me?(Only these 9) Also can this Zalman ZM-400LE 400w run my rig? or is zalman a bad psu brand? Thanks for helping me!
