Hi,
I just got an Arctic Twin Turbo II, and I installed it on a XFX Radeon HD 6870 2GB video card whose fan was dying.

The last step is to plug it in. The card doesn't have the proper connector, nor does my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-A75-UD4H), so I used the included molex adapter, but when I boot up, the fans don't turn.

Is it possible I am somehow using this adapter incorrectly, or is the unit DOA?

Thanks,
Bill

so it is plugged directly in with the molex? if it is straight to power then there is little room for error. Check the cable again, unplug it and plug it back in, on both ends. Still nothing, RMA it. I had that exact same model, two actually. One plugged into the video card on one and the other plugged into the molex and it ran exactly as expected.

Thanks, sweetcriminal. That's what I thought. :(
