3.96Gb out of 8gb Showinging in windows 8 64bit but in bios it show full 8gb ram but in windows 8 it shows only 3.96
PLZ Help

I don`t know what you are expecting.
Windows 8 is always resident in memory so it will take a large chunk of the memory up for it`s self.
If you look at the page pool file system, and the none paged pool file system.
That is where the system memory is served for sole use of windows 8.
Any other program is left with the free 3.96gb to use and cannot or is not allowed to access the page pool files of windows.
