Is this ITX build good enough for gaming?

My friend wanted to build an ITX gaming rig, will this do the job? :) 
(Note: He will not be overclocking but he wants his CPU to be cool)

CPU: Intel i5-4570
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH L9
MOBO: Asrock H87M ITX
RAM: Gskill Ripjaws X 8GB 4x2GB DDR3 1600 CL9
Storage: HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
SSD: Crucial M500 120GB
VGA: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 770 AMP 2GB 256 bit GDDR5
Case: Bitfenix Prodigy
Add. Case Fans: NZXT FN-200RB
Cougar Dual-X 140mm
PSU: Seasonic X-750 Gold Full Modular Power Supply (750W)

thats gonna be pretty good, but rather go for a asus or gigabyte mobo, they are much more reliable.

With the exception of extreme resolutions...Yes, its "good enough" for gaming:p
