I'm a teacher and I want to realize a network in a classroom, without Internet access, composed by:
- my PC running Apache and a Learning Management System
- many tablets connecting to my PC.
How can I do? Can I use the Sitecom WL-347 Modem ADSL 2 + Modem Router 300 N wich I usually use at home to connect to internet or do I need another device?

Thanks

Just run any router without an internet connection. This will allow the systems to get a local ip.(DHCP works either way.).

After this you can just direct your students to the ip address of the Apache server to access the website for learning.

so they will goto lets say http://www.192.168.2.199(if that was your server address) in a web browser and all will work. You can even connect by pc name in many cases.
