Help Me choose right PSU for my rig

My System Specs:
Processor: AMD Phenom 2 X4 945 (C3)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H
RAM: Corsair Value Select (2GB+4GB+8GB)
Graphics Card: (1) Asus nVidia GT520 - 2GB-DDR3-Low Profile
(2) Powercolor AMD Radeon HD 5550 - 1GB-DDR3-Full Height (Additional replacement of previous one-as i need atlest one to run my softwares on it)
HDD: Seagate -500GB-7200r.p.m.-SATA (2 Nos.)
Seagate -80GB-7200r.p.m.-IDE (1 Nos.)
DVD R/RW: HP 16x - SATA
120mm High Performance Fan (2 Nos.)
80mm Regular Case fan (1 Nos.)
2 USB Device (Bluetooth & Wifi Router) permanently attached to CPU-USB 2.0 port

Need suggestion for right choice of psu:

PSU: Fried - Need new good one. (Urgently, as i am using chep-one rightnow as a temporary replacement)

Mostly using my rig for CAD & CAE software (CPU goes to 100% while using it!!!); a few heavy games & lite internet

Ordered Seasonic SS750JS. Think it will be enough for my rig; leaving headroom for any further cooling requirement. Don't have enough reviews of it though.

One more question. I am using APC Back-UPS RS 500, which shows maximum power output of 300watts; will it bottleneck my PSU and/or cause any trouble for smooth running?

you mean if ups is having constant power input, there will not be any problem regarding watts, right?
