If you post what store you are buying from I bet you can get a better video card for not too much more money like a Radeon 7870XT or a 7950 for not too much more money. I would also go with a full ATX H87 motherboard over an mATX B85 motherboard if that's the kind of system you are going for.

Tech Power Up charts don't really mean anything to me - what do they base these numbers on? What motherboards and CPUs do they use to achieve these numbers? What driver software do they use and what version of Windows do they use? There's a variety of factors that they don't make clear.
