Hello,

My system has worked fine the last couple years without any issues. Then a few months ago, I started getting the "blue screen" crash. First it was rare, then it slowly became more frequent. As of the last few days, Whenever I am away for a period of time, when I come back, my system has the blue screen. I haven't made any hardware changes to the system in over 6 to 7 months, but the blue screen indicates that Windows was shut down due to "hardware error." Whenever I restart, windows tells me they've sent the error to Microsoft, but I never get any answers as to what is wrong.

A couple of notes that may shed a light. About a Month ago, whenever I'm on Youtube, when I expand to full screen, my screen goes black. I can hear the sound, but no video. I restarted explorer and it seemed to work after that. Once though, I heard this very LOUD BZZZZZZZ sound and the system crashed. I have no idea why. I'm not sure if it's related, but I thought maybe the video card needed updating, so I downloaded the latest driver from EVGA, but that didn't seem to have helped.

I'm not sure where to begin with this or how to diagnose the problem. Has anyone else had the same issue and maybe can shed a light on this. I would really appreciate your help.

Thank you,

Mike
