7750 good enough for BF4?

So I've pre-ordered BF4, but I was wondering if I needed an upgrade for my system, since DICE just released BF4's system requirements. Most people say the requirements shouldn't be taken seriously, but I'm not so sure. I'm wondering if my 7750 will take at least 50 fps on medium, 40 on high, at least. The game has to be playable, unlike my old 5450, which I couldn't even play BF3 on full screen without my framerate dropping to the single digits.

BTW: I have a ASUS mobo, AMD FX-6100, 4 gb of ram(planning to upgrade)

I believe he has the ddr3 version of the 7750 because i have an asus 7750 with a intel e8600 amd i can run it on medium with 45 fps but luckily when the game comes out it is supposed to have faster graphics so i can play on high settings

My friend has the same processor as me, and also has the same model 7750.... He can run BF3 on high at 40-50 FPS....
