Guys, sorry if I write something wrong. English is not my native language.

Yesterday I was using my PC without a problem, I didn't have high temps, I left my PC mining BTC all the night (VGA mining, not CPU) and when I wake up there was a BSOD x124. I shutdown the computer and went to work. When I came back, I turn the PC on and the temp suddenly came high. I mean 60/67°C idle @4.5 Ghz (1.35vcore, 45x100mhz) and over 100°C full load (Prime95). I don't know what happended! I use to play BF3 @4.5 Ghz at 60°C...

Specs:

i5 2500k @4.5Ghz (Now it's @3.3Ghz and I've 50°C)
P8Z68 PRO/GEN 3
h100i
Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1000W
Shappire 7950
Artic Silver V

I tryied with new Thermal Paste and I only have 1°C less.

Thank you all :D

Solution
then the temp sensor isn't working... pop the side of your case off and stick a room fan into the opening, to cool the board and rad, see if temps drop at all. if they don't drop more then 5c then the thermometer doesn't work anymore, and you'll have to rely on the motherboard's socket temp to give you an estimate. (the first temp reported by your motherboard is likely the cpu socket temp, see what temp it's reporting.)

What was the final outcome?

And, your idle water temp was/is 15C degrees warmer than mine.
